IT Recruiter – Hyderabad Company: People Prime Worldwide Position: IT Recruitment Specialist(Domestic) Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years Location: Hyderabad (KPHB 6th Phase) Employment Type: Full-time CTC: Based on previous CTC and interview performance Job Description People Prime Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment . Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Understand client/hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements. Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical and HR interviews. Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer coordination. Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures. Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and joining process. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Work towards hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or end-to-end recruitment. Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle. Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate screening. Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment. Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in IT staffing, contract hiring, C2H recruitment, bulk hiring, or recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
