Control the receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of drawings, specifications, submittals, transmittals, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, NCRs, and other project documents. Maintain an accurate document control system, both electronic and physical. Ensure documents are properly numbered, dated, filed, and distributed to the relevant departments and personnel. Monitor document revisions and ensure that only the latest approved versions are available for use. Prepare and maintain document registers, logs, transmittals, and tracking reports. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding document submissions and approvals. Follow up on pending document submissions, reviews, approvals, and comments. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of project and company documents. Assist in preparing reports and document status updates for management. Perform other document control and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller , preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Good knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing systems. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good English communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. UAE construction/project experience is an advantage.
