Division Manager – Paints & Thinners

We are looking for an experienced Division Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the paint, thinner, or a similar industry to lead divisional operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Manage the division’s daily operations and overall performance.

⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.

⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and opportunities for market expansion.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

⁠ ⁠Monitor budgets, sales results, and market trends, and report to management.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in the paint, thinner, or a similar industry.

⁠ ⁠Proven ability to manage teams and business operations.

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of industry products, customers, and market requirements.

⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to develop business and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
