The role requires a hands-on and experienced professional who can manage technical operations, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and UAE regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Manage the day-to-day operations of AC duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, and water tank cleaning services. Plan, coordinate, and schedule projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Monitor work activities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality. Identify operational issues and implement effective improvements. 2. Business Development & Sales Develop and implement strategies to increase division revenue and profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and other facilities. Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and service contracts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up on leads, negotiate with clients, and support the conversion of opportunities into contracts. 3. Team Leadership & Management Supervise and manage technicians, supervisors, and support staff. Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements. Provide technical guidance and conduct training to improve team competency and safety awareness. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance where required. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company procedures. 4. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with applicable UAE municipality regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards. Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of service reports, inspection records, and other operational documentation. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular audits of completed works. Ensure that all works are carried out according to approved methods, company SOPs, and client requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field . Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in facility management, HVAC, duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, water tank cleaning, or related services. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role . Strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, kitchen exhaust systems, and water tank cleaning practices. Good understanding of UAE municipality requirements, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership, communication, client management, and business development skills. Ability to manage technical teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Physically fit and willing to work at heights and in confined spaces when required. Relevant technical or professional certifications will be an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
