District Manager / Area Manager (Ref: 26091102) Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day management of retail stores and to deliver operational excellence Develop, monitor and review sales target, KPIs and operation overhead are in-line with budget Analyze sales performance reports, tracking of the retail store performance, weekly sales recap and action plans Coordinate with internal departments and perform system UAT for the development and implementation of new systems Work with other Departments to ensure stock control, merchandise planning, promotion roll-out, fit out works, new store opening etc are adequate and implement seamlessly Plan and develop operations flow, policies & control, and SOP in order to maximize operational efficiency and staff productivity Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and operations from sizable retail company, FMCG industry is definitely an advantage.
