Work Objectives: - Quality Assurance – Quality Control (SCMC, Collection - RAMC, LOPSC). II. Key Responsibilities: Perform sample testing to ensure the compliance with bank regulations, policies and processes; Perform checking loan purpose after disbursement to comply with SBV’s requirements; Interact with stakeholders/ relevant departments to finalize QC result; Prepare daily output control report to ensure the adequacy in daily operation of LOPSC; Ad-hoc tasks are requested by government authorities; Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager/ Leader. Job Requirement Bachelor degree of Quality Management, Finance, Banking, Customer Relations or its equivalent; Having experience in similar position at financial institutions and banks; Proficiency in office computer; Ability to listen and analyze problems; Detailed, careful and teamwork.
