Job Description Summary The Director of Strategy and Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing government relations strategies across key global growth markets. Working closely with the Vice President of International Government Relations and cross-functional stakeholders, this leader will be responsible for developing cross-BU market-specific strategies that align global corporate priorities with local business needs. In addition to driving strategic initiatives, this role will be instrumental in supporting the operational excellence of the International Government Relations team. Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP of International Government Relations and senior leadership to design comprehensive cross-BU government relations strategies tailored to key global growth markets. Conduct rigorous analysis of political, regulatory, and competitive landscapes in target markets Synthesize complex information from diverse sources into information suitable for executive consumption aimed at informing strategic decision-making Working closely with the International Government Relations team, identify emerging geo-political opportunities and risks in target markets, translating insights into actionable strategic initiatives Support VP of International Government Relations in the FLIGHT DECK transformation of the International Government Relations team.
