Responsibilities - Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Create engaging, high-quality content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals. - Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize content delivery. - Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy. - Analyze social media analytics using Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement. - Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts. - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches in content creation and engagement strategies. Qualifications - Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. - Previous work in Content Creation - Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. - Experience with media editing tools including video editing software for creating compelling multimedia content. - Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. - Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external influencer partners effectively.
