Key Responsibilities: 1. Overseas investor relations: communication with international institutional investors, sell-side analysts and other capital-market participants; plan and execute investor roadshows (deal and non-deal), investor conferences, results briefings, and one-on-one meetings in Hong Kong and overseas; handle investor inquiries; and maintain investor targeting and shareholder-base analysis. 2. Capital-markets disclosure and messaging: Prepare and review English-language investor materials, including results presentations, investor Q&A, and drafts of announcements and press releases, ensuring the messaging to the international market is accurate, consistent, and compliant with the disclosure requirements in coordination with the auditors, legal advisers, and financial PR advisers. 3. Overseas investment and M&A execution. Support the Group’s overseas acquisition strategy in the medical-device and health-care sectors: identify and screen potential targets; coordinate financial, commercial, legal and human-capital due diligence; build valuation and financial models; assess target liabilities, including employee benefit and pension obligations; and support deal structuring, negotiation and transaction documentation together with investment banks, law firms and accounting firms. 4. Post-acquisition integration and oversight of overseas businesses. Coordinate integration planning and post-deal performance monitoring for overseas investments; act as the Group’s point of contact for the management teams of overseas subsidiaries and investee companies. 5. Market and financial intelligence. Monitor global medical-technology and health-care sector developments, peer company valuations, investor sentiment and capital-market conditions; prepare periodic reports and recommendations for the President and senior management. 6. Hong Kong-based executive support on capital-markets and investment matters. Act as the Hong Kong-based counterpart to the President and Group headquarters in dealings with international investors, advisers and transaction counterparties; coordinate the President’s capital-markets and M&A-related engagements in Hong Kong and overseas, including preparation of briefing materials and follow-up with counterparties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, statistics, economics or a related quantitative discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred. At least four years’ professional experience in a consulting, advisory or financial-services environment serving multinational corporations, including direct participation in cross-border M&A transactions (due diligence, liability review, carve-out or integration work). Strong quantitative, valuation and financial-modelling skills, with working knowledge of financial reporting. Substantial experience working in an English-speaking business environment, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly and persuasively in professional English to senior stakeholders (CFOs, CHROs, institutional counterparties, lawyers and accountants); native-level Mandarin Chinese. Professional actuarial or investment qualifications, or substantial progress towards them (e.g. Society of Actuaries examinations, CFA). Experience serving clients in the health-care, pharmaceutical or medical-device sectors. Experience acting as project-management lead (PMO) on multi-jurisdictional engagements.
