The Director of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing agents; setting clear expectations and performance benchmarks; promoting a culture of accountability; and ensuring the team consistently delivers an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities - Attract new sales talent to the team. Coach and train sales professionals, helping them improve skills, habits, and production. Set goals, establish accountability, and support agents through regular one-on-ones and team meetings. Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development programs in collaboration with team leadership. Monitor pipeline and performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Model ethical, client-focused real estate practices. Qualifications You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales and team development. Active Washington real estate broker license. Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing agents. Strong communication, organization, and accountability skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Professional, humble, and committed to client service.
