Woodland Ridge Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead community sales, develop referral partnerships, and help older adults and their families navigate their next chapter.

Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors!

• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere for residents, family friends, and all team members.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.) for effective communication.

Job Responsibilities Provide overall leadership in the area of sales and marketing with the goal of improving and/or maintaining the occupancy growth of the community.

• Nurturing relationships with prospects, contacts, and referral sources to meet established sales and occupancy goals.
• Develop and execute Marketing Action Plans.
• Create and foster a sales culture within the community.
• Demonstrate census increase and stability

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in Senior Living.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
