This is your chance to take full ownership of a national sales P&L while coaching a dedicated, dynamic team of sales professionals. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape market strategies, offering you the autonomy to build strategic buyer partnerships and drive meaningful, industry-leading growth. Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear targets and growth expectations. - Own the comprehensive sales P&L across all retail accounts, including pricing, margins, and trade spend. - Drive relationships with major retail accounts by directing key buyer meetings and category reviews. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain teams to align forecasts and campaigns. - Direct broker and distributor relationships to optimize retail shelf placement and market velocity. Qualifications: - 7 to 10+ years of CPG retail sales experience with direct management of major national accounts. - Proven success in optimizing account P&Ls, trade investments, and complex revenue forecasting. - Demonstrated ability to develop sales teams while remaining actively engaged with key retail buyers. - Ability to travel consistently for high-level account meetings and strategic business needs.
