Director of Sales
All Clean has more than doubled since 2023, mostly on residential work. The next stage of growth is commercial. We're looking for a senior sales leader to change who our customers are: from mostly residential to mostly commercial.
You'll open doors to larger clients, build long-term relationships that cover multiple services and properties, and bring back contract-level opportunities that you'll price and structure with our leadership team. You'll also build the team that runs day-to-day selling, so your time goes to the accounts and the strategy that move the business.
You'll have the trucks, the crews, the reputation, and leadership in your corner.
Why All Clean
- We're growing fast. More than doubled since 2023, with Buffalo and a new commercial division building on that.
- The phone already rings. A marketing engine, direct mail, billboards, canvassers, and 1,400+ five-star reviews keep the calendar full.
- We're easy to sell. Family owned, one of the biggest fleets in Western New York, and a reputation customers already know.
- More than one thing to sell. Exterior cleaning, permanent lighting, dryer vents, ductwork, cooling towers, and facility cleaning. One client can buy all of it.
- Decisions happen fast. You report straight to the COO. A good idea on Monday can be in the field by Friday.
- Room to grow. As the company grows, so does this seat.
What You'll OwnShift the customer mix
- Lead the move from mostly residential to mostly commercial. Build and run the plan that gets us there: target segments, account lists, and a timeline.
- Choose where we play. Decide which markets we go after first (property management and multifamily, HOAs, municipalities, healthcare, industrial and warehouses, retail and gas stations) and where we stop spending time.
- Shape what we sell. Bring back what commercial clients actually need and help leadership build the service packages to meet it.
Land and grow major accounts
- Open doors to larger clients. Get in front of regional property managers, facility directors, and procurement teams who can sign for many sites and services at once.
- Sell the relationship, not the job. Exterior cleaning, lighting, dryer vents, ductwork, cooling towers, and facility cleaning, across multiple properties, under one agreement.
- Structure the big deals. Scope the opportunity, then work through pricing, contract terms, and service schedules with the leadership team before it goes out.
- Turn jobs into contracts. Annual and multi-year agreements, with renewals you own.
- Be the senior point of contact for our top accounts. Run regular reviews with them and grow every account year over year.
Build the sales organization
- Build the team that sells for us: commercial account managers, residential consultants, and canvassers. You hire, set the structure, and hand off day-to-day estimating as the team takes it over.
- Set the standard. The playbook, the process, and pricing discipline. Your team runs the estimates; you make sure they're run right.
- Develop leaders. Coach your reps and managers so the team keeps getting better without you in every appointment.
Own the number and the plan
- Own the revenue target, residential and commercial.
- Build the annual sales plan and forecast with the COO.
- Tell us where to invest: which markets, which services, which lead sources, and what headcount.
- Partner with operations so what we sell, our crews can deliver at a profit.
Your Scorecard
This is how you'll be measured. You'll set the targets with the COO up front and review them together every month, so there are no surprises.
- Commercial share of revenue, moving us toward majority commercial, reviewed quarterly
- Sales team revenue against the annual target, reviewed monthly
- New commercial accounts signed and contract value booked, reviewed monthly
- Revenue under contract (annual and multi-year agreements), reviewed quarterly
- Account growth: services per commercial client and year-over-year growth of top accounts, reviewed quarterly
- Win rate and margin on commercial bids, reviewed monthly
- Team performance: closing ratio and average ticket across the sales team, reviewed monthly
- Team built and ramped: key roles filled, new reps selling on their own within 30 days, and you out of day-to-day estimating by month six
Your first six months
- Month 1: Learn the business from the ground up. Ride with every rep, run estimates yourself, meet our top commercial accounts, and set a baseline for every number.
- Month 3: Your commercial growth plan is approved: target segments, a top-account list, and service packages. Hiring is underway, and your first larger bids have come through leadership.
- Month 6: The sales team runs day-to-day estimates without you. Your time is on major accounts and the commercial pipeline, and the first multi-service contracts are signed.
