This role manages full-cycle operations, including recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, new business development, and overall team performance. You’ll be working with - HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and scale workflows. What you’ll be doing - Develop and execute sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies to hit revenue and profit targets. - Hire, coach, and manage recruiters and account managers while building a culture of accountability. - Oversee client retention, build healthcare provider pipelines, and align recruitment with client demand. - Establish and monitor KPIs (placements, fill rates, gross profit) to identify gaps and drive results. - Partner with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and scale workflows.
