VSG consists of fifteen leading vehicle lifting (Rotary, Forward, Blitz, Ravaglioli etc.), collision repair (Chief), wheel services, diagnostics (Butler, Rotary, Chief and Ravaglioli) and tier-one automotive brands (Warn Automotive) with operations worldwide, including regional business operation centers and large manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Business Development Strategy & Planning work identifies, evaluates and negotiates, new sales and marketing growth opportunities across multiple of the following areas: Commercial/Pricing Strategy. Sales Channel Strategy (Alliance Partnerships, Franchising, E-Commerce, etc.). New Product Development The work includes: Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies. Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights. Prioritizing and tracking investments across new product development initiatives In some organizations may be responsible for project managing/integrating new business ideas and/or acquisitions. A Professional 5 is a recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Establishing operational plans for job area.. Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.. Requires communication with leadership. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
