POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Product Management is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of products supporting Stellantis Financial Services' automotive finance operations. This role leads a team of product management professionals and partners with business and technology leaders to deliver innovative, compliant, customer-focused solutions that drive business performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. The Director provides oversight of product strategy, portfolio governance, stakeholder engagement, team development, and product performance while supporting enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities that align with organizational goals, customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, implementation, enhancement, performance measurement, and retirement of products and capabilities. - Serve as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders by facilitating stakeholder alignment, evaluating opportunities, and driving enterprise initiatives to successful outcomes. - Establish and maintain product governance, performance metrics, and portfolio management practices to ensure effective prioritization, accountability, and business value realization. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team through effective talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development practices. - Utilize customer insights, market research, analytics, and operational data to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences, and optimize product performance. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, risk management standards, information security controls, and operational governance frameworks while - Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience: - Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, Financial Services Technology, or a related discipline, including seven (7) years of leadership experience managing teams and complex product portfolios. - Demonstrated success leading product strategy and portfolio execution within automotive finance, consumer lending, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. - Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that deliver measurable business results, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer experiences. - Experience influencing executive leadership, presenting strategic recommendations, managing budgets, and guiding portfolio investment and prioritization decisions. - Strong knowledge of automotive finance operations, including originations, underwriting, credit decisioning, account servicing, payments, collections, and remarketing, with the ability to align product strategies to business objectives. - Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, organizational change, and enterprise-wide initiatives across business, technology, operations, compliance, and executive leadership. - Working knowledge of governance, risk management, information security, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services and consumer lending environments, including FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS, SOX, CFPB requirements, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery principles. Education/Certification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required. Skills Required: - Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to align product strategy and technology investments with organizational objectives. - Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments. - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities across all organizational levels. - Proficiency with modern product management practices, portfolio management frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business results. Overtime required – N/A Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis. - Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI. Qualifications Preferred: - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred. - Professional certifications related to Product Management, Agile, Project Management, Technology, or Leadership are preferred. Work Schedule This position is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
