This role establishes, implements, and evaluates clinical goals and objectives that support quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and the overall mission and philosophy of the organization. The Director of Patient Care Services also serves as the Clinical Manager for the purpose of meeting applicable Medicare Conditions of Participation. This position provides clinical oversight, operational guidance, and leadership to ensure Home Health and Hospice services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
