Qualifications & Experience 15+ years in IT services, with strong ERP solutioning and presales experience. The candidate must have done both delivery AND presales solutioning . Look for profiles from Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, EY, PWC, Thoughtworks, Globant, EPAM, etc. SAP, Oracle, etc only of they have worked in delivery roles, there would be quite a few folks with extensive presales experience or product development experience in these companies, which are not suited. 1. ERP Solution Architect Look for: 15–20 yrs exp, ERP focus (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics). Must have: Delivered ERP programs + solutioned large multi-service deals.
