This is an opportunity for a strategic, results driven leader who knows how to develop teams, improve operational efficiency, and deliver strong financial results at scale. What We’re Looking For - Extensive multi unit leadership experience across 20 to 50+ locations - Proven responsibility for operations generating $40M to $100M+ in revenue - Experience progressing through General Manager, District Manager, Area Manager, or Director of Operations roles - Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control - A track record of developing leaders, improving performance, and maintaining operational consistency - Ability to make strategic decisions while holding teams accountable If you’re an experienced operations executive ready to lead at scale and make a measurable business impact, apply today!
