Spur Hospitality is the company behind two of Atlanta's most exciting restaurant concepts, Saints + Council and Cuevacía . With exceptional sales performance, ambitious expansion plans, and a commitment to doing things differently, we're looking for an extraordinary Director of Operations to help lead our next chapter.

We're looking for a leader, not just an operator.

Someone who understands that exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people. Someone who can inspire teams, develop future leaders, build accountability, and drive outstanding financial and operational results.

You'll work directly with ownership and our culinary leadership to strengthen our existing restaurants, develop our people, and help scale our company without compromising the culture that makes us special.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• Is financially disciplined, operationally exceptional, and obsessed with the guest experience.
• Develops leaders through mentorship, accountability, and inspiration — never intimidation.
• Knows how to build systems that create consistency without sacrificing hospitality.
• Has the entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to help build something extraordinary.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
