Director of Operations

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence, business growth, and people development?

We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead high-performing teams and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Own P&L and overall operational performance

Lead Senior Managers and Operations Managers across multiple functions

Drive SLA achievement, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with Quality, Training, Finance, IT, HCM, and Recruitment teams

Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 12-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

• Experience in the US Healthcare industry
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proven change management experience
• Track record in succession planning and team development
