Director of Operations

Apex Contracting is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee company-wide operational performance, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional team management. This role will play a key part in scaling the organization while maintaining efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage daily business operations across multiple departments.
• Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Coordinate with construction, sales, finance, and executive leadership teams.
• Oversee staffing, resource planning, and operational budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multi-department teams and operational budgets.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
