Director of Operations

Duties

• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through effective negotiation and business development efforts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operational areas.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to adapt to market trends and technological advancements.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
