Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support business growth, scalability, and efficiency. - Lead operational excellence initiatives to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs across all departments. - Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure seamless transitions and sustained performance improvements. - Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships. - Implement robust project management frameworks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. - Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions. - Manage budgets meticulously, including forecasting, financial analysis, profit and loss management, and executive-level budget oversight. - Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership by providing clear verbal communication of complex operational insights and strategic plans. - Lead cross-functional teams through change management processes while maintaining high levels of engagement and accountability. - Conduct operational analysis regularly to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions aligned with strategic plans. Experience - Extensive experience in operations management or senior leadership roles within fast-paced organizations. - Proven success in leading operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects. - Demonstrated ability in business development management, including identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic plans. - Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising diverse departments or functions. - Expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis. - Excellent verbal communication skills capable of engaging with executives and conveying complex concepts clearly. - Track record of implementing strategic management practices that align operations with overall business objectives.
