Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead operational strategy, improve supply chain efficiency, and support the company's long-term growth. This role will focus on building scalable processes, strengthening operational performance, and supporting expansion into new markets and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth.
• Oversee supply chain, demand planning, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance.
• Develop a 3-year operations roadmap, including technology and infrastructure needs.
• Evaluate international expansion and retail partnership opportunities.
• Lead, assess, and develop the operations team.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of supply chain or operations experience, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or CPG.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with scalable operations and business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
