Our law firm has a legacy dating back to 1913 . Today, we are building on more than a century of history by modernizing our operations, investing in technology, and developing the leadership and systems that will carry us into the future.

- Oversee the adoption and ongoing use of our new practice management and CRM systems, LEAP and Lawmatics.
- Establish meaningful performance metrics and report regularly on productivity, efficiency, and client service.
- Coordinate staffing, workload, and resources to support the firm’s continued growth.
- Develop and maintain practical operating procedures.
- Work closely with our Controller on budgeting, staffing needs, and operational performance.
- Reduce the firm’s dependence on its owner for routine management decisions.

- Experience improving workflows, implementing systems, and managing organizational change.
- Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using technology, financial information, and performance metrics to make decisions.

- A practical, collaborative leadership style and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Law firm experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from professional services, healthcare administration, financial services, and other organizations with complex operations.
What Success Looks Like
During your first year, you will establish clearer responsibilities, more consistent workflows, reliable operating metrics, and successful adoption of our new technology.
Beyond the first year, you will lead the firm’s ongoing operations, develop its people, improve performance, and support continued growth.
Our goal is to build an organization that operates efficiently, delivers outstanding client service, and does not depend on its owner for every operational decision.
