Duties - Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Manage business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. - Oversee business operations, including process improvement projects, project management, and operational analysis to optimize workflows. - Direct budget management activities such as forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. - Drive large-scale organizational change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal growth strategies. - Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and ensure successful execution across teams. - Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, management practices, and leadership development. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making, monitor key performance indicators, and implement continuous process improvements. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence through effective communication with all levels of the organization. Requirements - Proven experience in operations management or a senior leadership role with supervising responsibilities in a complex organization. - Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale organizational change management. - Demonstrated success in business development management, strategic planning, and project management. - Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational analysis. - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse teams. - Skilled in data-driven decision making with proficiency in analyzing operational metrics to guide strategic initiatives. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change processes while maintaining high levels of engagement and performance. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees or certifications related to operations or management are preferred.
