This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate: own client delivery and operational performance across KSA, build a high-performing team, and ensure the business operates with consistently high standards of quality, accountability and execution. The Director of Operations will sit at the intersection of clients, people, performance and operations. They will provide senior leadership across the KSA portfolio and ensure Acquisit's standards of responsiveness, analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities - Own the overall health, delivery quality, performance and retention of the KSA client portfolio. - Act as the senior escalation point for clients, taking ownership of complex operational and performance issues. - Lead, manage and develop KSA strategists and ensure effective management of the analysts and specialists underneath them. - Drive a culture of high accountability, analytical rigor and continuous improvement. - Run the KSA operating rhythm: client health reviews, performance reviews, resource allocation, capacity planning and operational priorities. - Ensure teams can independently diagnose performance issues, identify root causes and develop clear action plans. - Establish and enforce clear processes, SOPs, QA standards and reporting frameworks. - Identify capability gaps and drive structured training and development across the team. - Coordinate effectively across Acquisit's Performance, Measurement, CRM, CRO, SEO, Creative and other specialist teams. - Oversee resource planning, recruitment and team structure as the KSA business grows. - Lead the operational onboarding and allocation of new clients. - Partner with the Managing Partner on key strategic client relationships and broader KSA priorities. Requirements - 10+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility in a high-performance agency, digital business, consulting environment or technology company. - Strong understanding of performance marketing and data-driven growth. The candidate must be able to understand how paid media channels operate, interrogate performance data, challenge teams on their analysis, identify weaknesses in optimization strategies and connect marketing metrics to underlying business outcomes. - Comfortable operating in an environment where decisions are driven by data, measurement and commercial impact, rather than primarily by client servicing or relationship management. - Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution and analytics, and the relationship between traffic, conversion, CAC, revenue, ROAS and customer value. - Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and senior client stakeholders. - Strong operational leadership: able to create structure, establish accountability, prioritize effectively and ensure execution happens at speed and to a consistently high standard. - Proven people-management experience, including developing managers and building stronger teams underneath them. - Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort operating under pressure and ambiguity. - Fluent Arabic is a strict requirement, alongside professional fluency in English. - Strong understanding of the Saudi market and experience operating in KSA/GCC strongly preferred. - Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate. What Success Looks Like - KSA clients have strong and consistent senior leadership. - Strategists operate with substantially greater autonomy, capability and accountability. - Performance and operational problems are identified, diagnosed and resolved quickly. - Client escalations are handled effectively and systematically. - Quality and execution standards are consistent across the KSA operation. - Clear operating rhythms, accountability structures and SOPs are embedded across the team. - The KSA organization has the leadership structure, processes and capabilities required to continue scaling sustainably.
