# Director, OEM Sales **Eyesafe** · Eden Prairie, MN 55344 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Role We are hiring a hands-on sales leader to own and grow our OEM business: a multi-million-dollar portfolio of global PC makers, device brands and accessory partners. You will bring the full range of Eyesafe® technology solutions to OEMs and match the right solution to each partner's devices and roadmap. You are a player-coach. You carry a personal sales quota on your own key OEM accounts, own the team number, and own each account from first meeting to collected cash: the plan, the forecast, the proposal, the price, the PO and the follow-through. You manage the company's sales team, report to the CEO, and work daily with Operations, Engineering and Finance. This is a role for someone who closes loops. Every meeting ends with written next steps, an owner and a date, and you are the person who makes sure they happen. About Eyesafe Eyesafe is the ingredient brand for healthier light in the world's screens. Our patented display technologies filter high-energy blue light while preserving color, and they are independently tested and certified. Eyesafe technology has shipped in more than 350 million devices, and we work with 30+ Tier 1 OEM partners across phones, PCs, tablets and TVs. Eyesafe holds 100+ patents and trade secrets. What You Will Do - Sell directly. Own a personal book of key OEM accounts and a personal quota, and close those deals yourself. - Own the OEM revenue number for the team. Keep a quarterly floor and target, an accurate forecast by account and SKU, and a pipeline at three times next quarter's target. Reconcile the forecast to POs every month and flag changes early, with the reason. - Lead executive relationships at global PC makers, device brands and accessory partners. Make the ask in writing: size, date and what the partner needs to say yes. - Manage the sales team. Set each person's revenue targets and account ownership, coach them through a defined sales process with clear steps, owners and dates, and hold them accountable. Run a weekly pipeline review that is about output, not meetings. - Recruit, develop and, when needed, replace sales talent as the team grows. - Grow existing partners. Plan Eyesafe solutions around device launch calendars, bring new products into current programs, and run quarterly business reviews. - Open new OEM and accessory-brand programs, from first meeting to signed agreement and first PO. - Expand each OEM relationship across Eyesafe technology solutions, and bring new solutions to signature with our engineering and licensing teams. - Structure and price programs, including supply, licensing and technology agreements, using our approved pricing tools and working with Finance and Legal. - Hand off cleanly to Operations from PO through shipment, invoice and payment. - Protect the brand in the market. Make sure partners use approved performance claims and correct product naming. Spot competitors using our technology without a license and route them to our IP team. - Respond to partners within one business day and keep our CRM and forecast current. What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of B2B sales, including 4+ years selling to OEMs, device brands or consumer electronics accessory brands. - A history of carrying and beating a quota of $3M or more, with POs to show for it, and owning an accurate forecast. - Executive presence with procurement, product and category leaders at large device makers. - 3+ years managing salespeople: setting quotas, coaching to a process and holding the team to its number, while still selling your own key accounts. - Deal structuring skill: volume tiers, supply agreements, and licensing or royalty economics. You build the business case a partner takes to their own leadership. - Comfort with the supply side: Asian contract manufacturers, MOQs, lead times and technical data sheets. - Technical fluency. You will learn display and optical technology, test data and certification well enough to explain them accurately to a buyer. - You build your own proposals, pricing models and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, and you use AI tools to work faster. - Disciplined written follow-through, clear writing and calm judgment with senior partners. - Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, with domestic and international travel. Nice to Have - Experience selling display technology, components or technology licenses to OEMs. - Experience in the K-12 or education channel. - International sales or Asia supply-chain experience. - Experience in a growth-stage company where you do your own analysis, decks and quotes. What Success Looks Like - First 30 days: you have met the leadership at your key accounts, and every account has a written plan. - First 60 days: you own the forecast and manage the sales team, with targets set for every salesperson. - First 90 days: next quarter's committed number is set, and you have named a pipeline of new OEM programs. - First 12 months: OEM revenue is beating plan, forecasts match POs, and new programs are shipping across more than one Eyesafe solution. Compensation and Benefits - Competitive base salary, based on experience - Performance variable paid on your personal and team revenue against plan, with an added incentive for new programs - Equity in Eyesafe - Health benefits and paid time off Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Flexible spending account - Health insurance - Health savings account - Paid time off - Parental leave - Vision insurance Work Location: In person
