Leadexecutive-levelsuppliernegotiations,frameworkagreements,strategicsourcinginitiatives,andcommercialriskmanagementefforts. - Directcategorymanagementstrategiesandapprovedsuppliergovernanceprograms. - Overseesupplierqualification,performancemanagement,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives. - Reviewandapprovemajorsourcingrecommendations,supplierawards,andprocurementcommitments. - Ensureprocurementpolicies,procedures,andcontrolsareconsistentlyappliedacrosstheorganization. - Drivetotalcostofownershipimprovementsthroughstrategicsourcingandsupplieroptimizationinitiatives. - Logistics&ProjectDeliveryLeadership: - ProvidestrategicoversightforallOFCIandCFCIequipmentlogisticsactivitiesfrompurchaseorderexecutionthroughprojectcloseout. - Establishenterpriselogisticsstandards,deliverystrategies,andprojectexecutionprocesses. - Overseeprojectportfolioperformanceincludingscheduleadherence,budgetmanagement,commissioningreadiness,andsupplierperformance. - Ownexecutive-levelrelationshipswithstrategicMEPequipmentmanufacturers,distributors,integrators,andserviceproviders. - Conductexecutivebusinessreviewswithcriticalsuppliers. - Establishsupplierperformanceexpectations,accountabilityframeworks,andimprovementplans. -
