They are hiring a hands on Director of Marketing to own every marketing dollar, put more jobs on the board at a lower cost per customer, and build the brand to its next level. This is not a seat for someone who wants to sit behind a desk: you will be in the daily huddle with the leadership team, working in the tools yourself and making moves the same day. If you have owned a seven figure marketing budget in home services and want to grow one, this is worth a conversation. Key Responsibilities - Own the full marketing budget and every channel in it, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads, lead aggregators, traditional, brand and social - Bring down customer acquisition cost while growing call and job volume - Report on spend, leads, booked calls and return by channel, with every dollar tied to a result - Lead the transition from an outside agency to an in house marketing function - Manage agencies and vendors to a clear standard and hold them accountable for results - Build and protect the company brand across web, social, video and community presence - Join the daily huddle and work closely with operations, the call center and the field teams Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Proven ownership of a $1M to $2M annual marketing budget, with the ability to grow it to $3M to $5M with accountability - Home services or trades marketing experience strongly preferred; a strong candidate from another industry who learns fast will be considered - Working knowledge of Local Services Ads, Google Ads, lead aggregators, call tracking and attribution - Hands on in the tools, not only managing over them - Comfortable managing up and bringing leadership a recommendation backed by the numbers - Small business mindset: autonomous, resourceful and quick to act - Must pass a pre-employment background check Benefits - Competitive base salary - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Paid training and professional development - Birthday pay - Company-wide events About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
