Draft and write property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals. Maintain and update the information of property listings. Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors. Lead and manage the team members and able to work independently. Requirements : Must have a valid estate agent's licence. Member of HKIS and/or RICS, but not a must. University/Diploma graduate or equivalent. Minimum 10 years' working experience in sale and purchase of residential, industrial, commercial or retail properties, preferably have a track record. Have a strong client base and can create business income. Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
