This role works closely with clinical and business teams to ensure reliable technology services and secure handling of healthcare information. Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and technology support. - Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Oversee systems, networks, applications, devices, and technology vendors. - Manage cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and IT risk initiatives. - Support electronic health record and healthcare technology systems. - Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards. - Lead technology projects, system implementations, and process improvements. - Monitor system performance, availability, and security. - Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology resources. - Partner with clinical, administrative, and executive teams on technology needs. - Ensure technology practices support applicable healthcare privacy and security requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. - Significant experience in IT operations, technology leadership, or healthcare IT. - Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications. - Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and technical teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple strategic and operational priorities. - Experience with healthcare technology or EHR environments is preferred.
