Director of Human Resources Facility: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Position: Director of Human Resources Location: Hudson County, NJ Schedule: Full-Time Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually Join Our Team Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and people-focused Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR operations within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare HR practices, employee relations, compliance, and labor laws.
