This is a relationship-intensive, hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned HR professional with experience operating in a unionized healthcare environment and leading complex, sensitive employee investigations. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of HR and senior leadership team, providing sound, practical judgment on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues. Location: Signature Healthcare · Human Resources Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours only, Days 1st Shift, 8am-430pm
