Director of Growth Marketing
# Director of Growth Marketing **Amazing Workplace, Inc.** · Clearwater, FL 33755 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Director of Growth Marketing Salary: $100,000–$150,000 Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer WHO WE ARE We're Amazing Workplace and SecuraHR. We help companies build happier workplaces and get HR compliant. Our products work. Our customers love them. Now we need far more people to find us. WHAT WE WANT A Director of Growth Marketing who will take our existing products and brands and get hundreds, and then thousands, of companies reaching out to buy our products and services. Someone who will help us grow into a multibillion dollar company. WHO YOU ARE You've done this before. You know how to find buyers, build channels that bring in leads every day, and prove what's working with real numbers. You can set strategy with leadership in the morning and launch a campaign yourself in the afternoon. WHAT YOU GET A real seat at the table, room to build a team, and two brands ready to grow, with a third on the way. HOW TO APPLY Send your résumé and a short note on the best growth result you've personally driven. Tell us what you did and what it produced. Want the details? Keep reading. The Role We’re looking for someone who can envision, plan, and execute great marketing strategy and content. This is a marketing leadership role for someone who brings together strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll help shape what we say, where we say it, how we appear, and how our marketing translates into awareness, interest, leads, and ultimately revenue. We’re a growing company with a lean marketing team and creative resources to support the work - ideal for someone who wants to be the senior marketing and creative mind in the room and build out a department under them as we grow. We’re looking for a leader who can set the direction and raise the creative bar, but who is also comfortable getting into the work themselves. You should know how to take an idea from concept to execution, be able to create strong work yourself when needed, and know when to collaborate with others to get the best result. Sometimes the most beautiful campaign wins. Sometimes the simple email or unexpected LinkedIn post outperforms it completely. We want someone who focuses on data driven results. What You’ll Own Marketing Strategy & Growth Work closely with the CRO and sales team to determine where marketing can have the greatest impact on awareness, demand, leads, pipeline, and revenue. Set marketing priorities and translate them into a clear strategy, campaign plan, and content direction. Creative & Copy Own how Amazing Workplace and SecuraHR look, sound, and show up in the world. Set a high creative bar, develop strong concepts, and work with internal resources to bring them to life. Creative Capability You should be a strong designer and creator yourself. While you’ll have creative support, we want a leader who understands the craft, can jump into the work when it makes sense, and can turn an idea into something real without always needing to hand it off. Content & Campaigns Develop ideas worth paying attention to and turn them into integrated campaigns across social, email, web, sales, events, and other channels. Decide what we should be talking about, where it belongs, and how the pieces work together. Sales Partnership Stay close to sales. Understand what prospects are responding to, what objections they’re hearing, what content they need, and where marketing can create or accelerate opportunities. Performance & Experimentation Measure, learn, improve, repeat. Track what gets attention, what converts, what generates qualified interest, and what ultimately contributes to pipeline and revenue. We don’t want marketing activity for activity’s sake. We want to know what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should do next. Who You Are You may currently be a Director of Marketing, Brand Director, Creative Director, Senior Brand Marketer, Creative Strategist, or something else entirely. The title matters less to us than the combination of abilities you bring. You have exceptional creative taste and a commercial mind. You can see the bigger picture, develop the strategy, and turn it into clear creative direction. You understand that marketing exists to create business results, not simply content. You know how to lead people and resources, but you haven’t become so removed from the work that you can no longer do it yourself. You understand audiences, messaging, positioning, conversion, and how marketing connects to sales. You’re comfortable moving between a strategy conversation with leadership, a creative review with a designer, a discussion with sales about what prospects are responding to, and your own work when something needs to get done. You’re confident in your ideas and willing to advocate for them, but equally willing to listen, change your mind, and follow the results when the data tells us something different. You’re self-motivated and organized. You don’t need someone constantly telling you what comes next, and when you hit an obstacle, your instinct is to figure out how to get around it. We’re looking for someone who sees the opportunity in joining a growing company where there is room to shape the marketing function, influence the brands, try new things, and build something meaningful. Our Culture Fair warning: we’re an annoyingly upbeat company. We’re ambitious, optimistic, kind, and genuinely excited about what we’re building. We work hard, celebrate wins, help each other, and tend to believe there’s a solution to most problems if we’re willing to go find it. The people who thrive here take ownership. They follow through. They’re persistent when something gets difficult and resilient when something doesn’t go according to plan. They’re comfortable asking for help, and just as willing to jump in when someone else needs it. They’re confident in what they know and curious about what they don’t. They listen. They take feedback. They’re willing to try a different approach instead of defending something simply because it was their idea. We value people who are driven and hold themselves to a high standard, but who also understand that great work rarely happens alone. You should enjoy collaborating with sales, leadership, and the rest of the company, and care more about getting to the best answer than getting credit for having it. We also like people who are positive without being unrealistic. If something isn’t working, say it. If there’s a problem, surface it. If you disagree, speak up. Then help us figure out what to do about it. We’re a growing company, which means things will change, priorities will move, and occasionally something will need more effort than expected. We want someone who finds that energizing more often than frustrating. If that sounds exhausting, we’re probably not your people. If it sounds fun, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. What We Want to See We care less about the exact titles you’ve held and more about what you’ve created and built. You should have meaningful marketing experience, strong creative and design capabilities, an understanding of marketing performance and lead generation, and experience working closely with sales or revenue teams. We’re especially interested in people who have helped build or evolve a marketing function, brand, or company during a period of growth. Startup, early-stage, or build-from-scratch experience is a big plus. A portfolio is required. Please include a link to your portfolio or examples of marketing and creative work you personally created or played a meaningful role in developing . We’d love to see campaigns, social, brand work, websites or landing pages, presentations, email, sales collateral, or the weird idea that worked far better than anyone expected. We want to understand both the creative and the thinking behind it: What were you trying to accomplish? What was your role? How did it perform? What did you learn? How We’ll Measure Success This role isn’t measured by how much content we produce. It’s measured by whether our marketing makes the business stronger through quality inbound leads. That includes qualified leads, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, customer acquisition efficiency, campaign performance, audience growth, brand awareness, and revenue contribution. Not every piece of marketing needs to generate a lead tomorrow. But everything we do should have a reason for existing, and we should be able to answer: What did we want this to accomplish, and did it?
