Director of Global Partnerships & Operations

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director to lead our global expansion and operational strategy. In this role, you will oversee key business functions, build strategic international partnerships, and mentor our growing team (including International Relationship Officers). You will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform’s reach, enhancing employer relations, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute global growth strategies to expand Dev Global Jobs’ footprint in new international markets.
• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with multinational corporations, NGOs, UN agencies, and educational institutions.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of relationship managers, recruiters, and operational staff.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day platform operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both job seekers and employer clients.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, platform metrics, and user feedback to optimize job-matching algorithms and service delivery.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent Dev Global Jobs at international career fairs, industry conferences, and media engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in global operations, business development, HR tech, or international recruitment.
• Proven track record of scaling platforms or services across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of global labor markets, visa sponsorship processes, and remote work dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ATS platforms, and data analytics tools.
