Director of Finance

Antal International Kazakhstan is looking for a Director of Finance for a 5-star hotel in Astana.

Key Requirements:

-

Previous experience with Marriott International is required.

-

Candidates currently working as Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Financial Controller, Director of Accounting, or Cluster Finance Manager/Controller are welcome to apply.

-

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum 4 years of study).

-

At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

-

Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, P&L analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

-

Proven experience leading a finance team and working closely with senior management.

-

English proficiency at C1–C2 level is mandatory , with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
