A. External Audit & Technical Accounting - Thought Leadership: Acts as a trusted advisor to CFOs / Controllers on complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters Deep SME in IFRS with a track record of advising clients on first-time adoption, new standards and complex transactions Extensive experience in PCAOB audits and leading audit readiness / remediation for US-listed and IPO-bound clients Brings Big 4 pedigree with ability to shape audit methodology and quality B. Internal Audit, Risk & Controls - Client Delivery Excellence: Proven track record of leading large-scale global SOX and ICFR t ransformation and optimization programs Ability to lead diagnostic of finance control environment, including process mapping, key reports assurance and controls rationalization to deliver risk and efficiency benefits Experience in designing and implementing finance risk and enterprise risk frameworks at Board / Audit Committee level Ability to connect risk, controls and assurance to deliver commercial outcomes for clients C.
