Ensure that the suite’s goals are overall aligned with company goals by collaborating with senior management throughout the organization. - Be a mentor and coach to an excellent team of technical leaders and support them in their personal development. Actively recruit new leaders and team members. - Ensure that our products are built in time and with a consistent user experience.
