Project Vision & Execution: Spearhead high-end interior design and architectural projects from initial concept through to final completion. Design Innovation & Market Alignment: Develop innovative design solutions that precisely capture client briefs, align with global market trends, and adhere strictly to project timelines and budgets for both the China and international markets. Design Direction & Quality Control: Brainstorm initiatives to support the team’s creative delivery, ensuring all designs maintain the highest standards of luxury, aesthetic, and functional quality. Client Engagement & Presentation: Deliver compelling, high-level design presentations to prestigious clients, stakeholders, and partners. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely and manage jobs with teammates and external consultants to ensure projects are well-implemented. Strategic Initiatives: Carry out ad-hoc duties and strategic design initiatives as assigned by the Management. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of solid relevant experience in high-end interior design, with at least 3 years successfully operating in a managerial or leadership capacity. Leadership & Communication: High level of presentation, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire both clients and team members. Aesthetic Mastery: Strong aesthetic sense in terms of materials, textures, colors, spatial planning, and meticulous detailing. Mindset: A true passion for creative ideas, optimistic thinking, and the resilience to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Language Proficiency: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua). Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design software. Mobility: Willingness to travel whenever required.
