This role will be responsible for defining how commercial technology, processes, data, and insights come together to improve seller effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement, and increase commercial productivity. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Excellence – Tools, Analytics & Insights, this people leader will own the business strategy and roadmap for key commercial platforms including Salesforce and Highspot, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Analytics, and other functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine commercial strategy, digital transformation, product management, and change leadership to simplify the seller experience and ensure our commercial tools drive measurable business outcomes.
