Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Onsite Employment: Full-time Open Position: 4 CTC: ₹30–40 LPA Experience: 22–30 Years Notice Period: Immediate / 0–15 Days / Serving Notice KEY REQUIREMENTS 10–15+ years in Cost Engineering with strong Plastics expertise Plastic Costing & Cost Modelling Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Transfer Molding Blow Molding, Roto/Rotational Molding, Vacuum Forming Tool Costing & Manufacturing Cost Analysis Material Cost Optimization & Cost Drivers VA/VE and Cost Reduction Plastic Materials & Manufacturing Processes Cost Structures & Industry Cost Analysis 5+ years of leadership experience Global Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Strong Client Engagement & Business Acumen Industry exposure: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Appliances or Medical. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related field. Master's preferred.
