Director, Consulting Group [CCP-ICT Professionals]

The primary focus of the role is to lead the design, implementation and delivery of AI-enabled learning technology solutions for company’s enterprise clients. At the center of this is the company AI-driven Skills platform. Its AI agent assesses employees’ skills gaps against the SkillsFuture Skills Framework and global job-role data. It then connects to content partner platforms (Udemy Business, Coursera) to generate personalized learning pathways.

In the redesigned role, the employee will:

act as product and solution owner for the company's AI-driven Skills platform, defining the AI agent capabilities, data and integration requirements, and the release roadmap;

lead client implementations, including integration with client LMS/LXP, HRIS and SSO systems, and with content partner APIs;

design the AI solution architecture for each engagement and direct the engineering team that builds and deploys it;

apply responsible AI and data protection practices to employee skills data.

Consulting and business development continue, but they are built around these technology implementations, not delivered as standalone advisory work. In client engagements, the employee acts as solution architect. In pre-sales, this covers technical scoping, solution design and platform demonstrations. In post-sales, it covers implementation oversight, technical escalation and solution optimization after go-live.
