As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will cultivate strong referral relationships and generate Medicare Home Health referrals to drive growth and business development in Palm Beach County.

Responsibilities

Generate Medicare Home Health referrals and grow census

Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, case managers, and discharge planners

Develop new accounts and strengthen existing referral partnerships

Conduct face-to-face sales and account development

Qualifications

Medicare Home Health sales/business development experience

Established Palm Beach County healthcare book of business

Proven ability to generate referrals and grow accounts
