A leader in the HVAC commercial industry is expanding, which has created the need for an experienced, driven business-to-business development expert.

Known for delivering full-scope HVAC, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, and building automation solutions to commercial and industrial facilities, this is a company that has become known for delivery the highest quality service.

The Director of Business Developmen t will focused on maintaining their current book of business, while establishing new accounts and securing long-term preventative maintenance contracts across the territory

Core Responsibilities:

• Territory Growth: Build a strong local pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and direct site visits.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site facility walk-throughs to evaluate mechanical systems, identify inefficiencies, and present custom service solutions.
• Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial intro and proposal delivery to final negotiation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner directly with local service managers and technicians to guarantee smooth handoffs and execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in commercial HVAC field sales with an emphasis on new business development.
• Background selling commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or facility maintenance agreements.
• Ability to build credibility quickly with Facility Directors, Operations Managers, and Executives.
• Valid driver’s license for local travel in the Wichita area.
