Company: JJD & Associates Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3–5 years (CA Firm background preferred) About Us JJD & Associates is a Mumbai-based Chartered Accountancy firm offering services across Direct Tax, GST, Audit, and MCA/ROC compliance. We are looking for a skilled Direct Tax professional to join our growing team at our Vidyavihar office. Key Responsibilities Handling Direct Tax litigation matters — assessments, reassessment proceedings, appeals, and representation before tax authorities (including faceless assessment/appeal proceedings) Reviewing client books of accounts for accuracy and tax compliance Managing Advance Tax computation and compliance for clients Ensuring timely TDS compliance — deduction, deposit, return filing, and reconciliation Preparing Monthly MIS reports for clients/management Filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies Assisting in Tax Audit engagements — documentation, compliance checks, and finalization support Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm Strong working knowledge of Income Tax Act, TDS provisions, and tax audit requirements Hands-on experience with ITR filing and income tax portal/NFAC proceedings Good understanding of accounting principles and MIS preparation Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Income Tax e-filing utilities Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines independently Qualification Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com (with relevant firm experience) — mention exact eligibility if you'd like it narrower or broader Location Requirement Candidates based in or able to commute to Vidyavihar, Mumbai preferred Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience (Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 50,000) To Apply: Share your resume at accounts@jjdassociates.in with the subject line " Application – Direct Tax Associate " Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
