This role requires an experienced expert in sales either coming from a B2B background or high ticket product / services sales. Here is our sales commission structure upfront: Our top performers make 9% commission on £55,000 - £70,000 of revenue that they generate each month. Our average performers make 5% of £35,000 - £50,000 of revenue that they generate each month. Warm Leads Provided - No cold calling. Focus purely on closing deals and maximising your commission. Experience - No less than 3 years in a sales role, preferably within B2B, high ticket or or investment sales. We're looking for highly skilled professionals who can convert prospects into clients and consistently exceed targets. Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets is essential. Motivation - A highly driven individual with a passion for sales and a relentless desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities Maintain a strong close rate on hot inbound leads. Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Follow up with leads quickly and professionally to maximise every opportunity. Understand client needs and present the right investment opportunities clearly. Handle objections with confidence and guide clients towards making a decision. Manage your pipeline effectively and keep all opportunities moving forward. Work closely with the wider sales team to drive revenue and improve performance. Take ownership of your results, activity, and personal development.
