POSITION: DINING TEAM LEADER As a Dining Team Leader , you will lead the Front-of-House (FOH) team in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining dining standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise the Dining/FOH Team during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and proper guest handling Monitor dining area cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation Ensure proper execution of Makimura service standards and procedures Conduct shift briefing and delegate tasks to team members Monitor team attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance Assist in training and coaching Dining Staff and newly hired employees Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the Store Manager when necessary Monitor proper table turnover, order coordination, and dining flow Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and workplace safety standards Perform other duties that may be assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of experience in restaurant/dining operations Preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience Strong customer service and communication skills Able to lead, coach, and motivate team members Can work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Customer-oriented, responsible, and team player Willing to be assigned to any Makimura branch as needed WE LOOK FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE BY OUR MALASAKIT VALUES: A – Accountability I – Integrity H – Humility & Respect T – Teamplay P – Passion & Dedication I – Innovation Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,280.00 per month Work Location: In person
