Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or digital marketing experience preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Facebook/social media, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment databases. Knowledge of Boolean search and proactive sourcing techniques is an advantage. Strong communication, interviewing, networking, and candidate-engagement skills. Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Manila on a Mon-Fri onsite schedule Can start ASAP Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
